  Reconciliation. During the pilgrimage season 5, pilgrims a week make that journey home in the Chapel of Reconciliation in Knock. The Carmelite community came to Knock in They weren’t the first Carmelites in the area. The chapel of reconciliation was blown up 4 years before the wall came down. The circular chapel was rebuilt and sits very close to the site of the old wall.
